A 30,863-acre swath of Sierra Nevada terrain mostly above 8,000 feet, centered on 16 lakes near 10,619-foot Three Sisters Peak amid fir and Jeffrey pine forest. Visitors hike or bring stock along meadow trails, including the 17-mile route to First Dinkey Lake.
