Galleta Meadows Sculptures

Over 130 monumental steel sculptures by artist Ricardo Breceda — mammoths, sea serpents, dragons, and saber-toothed cats — scattered dramatically across the open desert around Borrego Springs. The sculptures stand on the private Galleta Meadows Estate, surrounded by (but not part of) the state park, and are free to visit.
