A 225,114-acre expanse of craggy peaks, meadows, and 89 lakes in the Klamath Mountains, topped by 8,299-foot Boulder Peak. The Pacific Crest Trail runs 32 miles through it, with extensive trails for hiking and horse travel amid abundant wildlife.
