Parking: Parking is covered by the vehicle entrance fee; no separate parking charge. The Lassen Volcanic Highway closes to through traffic seasonally in winter, limiting access to most lots.. Dogs allowed on leash. Cell service: limited. Phone: (530) 595-4480.
